J&K LG Manoj Sinha Visits Russia to Retrieve Lord Buddha's Sacred Relics

Manoj Sinha, Jammu and Kashmirs Lieutenant Governor, visited Russia to retrieve the sacred Relic of The Buddha, aiming to enhance cultural ties between India and Russia.

On Friday, Manoj Sinha arrived in Russia to secure the Holy Relic of The Buddha, which is currently housed in Elista, Kalmykia.
During his visit, the Governor expressed that the exposition of the relic would strengthen people-to-people connections between India and Russia.
Sinha paid homage to the Relic at the Geden Sheddup Choikorling Monastery, known as the Golden Abode of Shakyamuni Buddha, highlighting its significance to Buddhism.
